Tickets are delivered no later than 2 days before the event date. Tickets are delivered as mobile tickets via a ticketing app. In rare cases, tickets may be provided as a PDF. Your booking confirmation reaches your email immediately after payment, and the tickets or instructions follow within that window before the event.

Etihad Arena is in the Yas Bay district at the northern end of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, around 30 kilometres from the city centre and roughly fifteen minutes by road from Abu Dhabi International Airport. Most people arrive by car, taxi or a ride-hailing app — Careem and Uber both operate across the emirate — and on-island parking opens for major events. Drivers coming from Dubai usually allow about ninety minutes, more once event traffic builds. Road access around Yas Bay is managed on event days, so leave extra time for the final approach and for screening at the gates.

Yes — you can book multiple tickets together in a single order and checkout. Booking several places in the same category keeps a group together where availability allows, and the full set is delivered to the one email address used at checkout. If the event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued. If the event is postponed to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled fixture. In most cases tickets can be transferred to another person. The exact method depends on the ticketing platform used for delivery — some support direct in-app transfers, while others need coordination through our support team. If a transfer option is not obvious, email support@ufcticketing.com with your order number and we will walk you through the available steps.

All sales are final, so orders cannot generally be cancelled once payment is complete, because tickets are reserved or purchased for your specific order as soon as you pay. Cancellation requests are reviewed only case by case. If you need to raise one, contact support@ufcticketing.com as early as possible with your order details, and we will tell you upfront what is possible.

Venues generally prohibit weapons, alcohol and food brought from outside, oversized bags, professional cameras with detachable lenses, recording equipment, laser pointers and any pyrotechnics. Security screening is carried out at every entrance, so travelling light speeds up entry. The definitive list is published by the venue for each event and takes precedence over any general guidance — check the venue's own rules for your date before you set out.

Doors usually open one to two hours before the advertised start time; the exact time is confirmed by the organiser and shown on your ticket. Present your mobile ticket at the gate directly from your phone with the screen brightness turned up. Arriving at least 60 minutes early leaves room to clear security and reach your place.

Yes — a UFC night runs as one continuous programme, so a single ticket admits you from the preliminary bouts through to the main event, with nothing further to buy once you are inside. Etihad Arena is an indoor, air-conditioned hall, and the category you choose decides where you watch the card from rather than which part of the evening you see. The running order and the gate times are confirmed by the organiser for each date and printed on your ticket. The restaurants and hotels of Yas Bay are a short walk from the entrances, which makes arriving early easy.

There is no formal dress code for a UFC night at Etihad Arena, and most fans come in casual clothes. The hall is fully enclosed and air-conditioned, so the season outside makes no difference to what you wear inside — a light layer is worth carrying, because the cooling is generous. Outside is the part worth planning around: Abu Dhabi is hot and humid from May to September, while October through April is comfortable enough to walk the Yas Bay waterfront before and after the card. Individual premium areas may set their own requirements, so check the guidance attached to your tickets.
